Jean-Pierre presented the new structure of the CLIC Steering Committee (CSC) with the following members:
Hans Braun, Günther Geschonke, Jean-Pierre Delahaye, Roberto Corsini, Daniel Schulte and Walter Wuensch
and gave a short overview of each member's responsibility.

Hans remains chairman of the CLIC meeting, where the CTF3 meeting will be integrated in the future. He is as the CSC secretary responsible for the approval by the CSC of all CLIC related conference participation, visitor requests and travel (except CTF3). He is responsible for the approval of CLIC notes and CLIC related external publications, the coordination of the CLIC feasibility report and the editor of the CLIC annual report. Furthermore he is involved in several CLIC machine studies items.

Roberto is responsible for the CTF3 commissioning and the beam for 30 GHz RF production. He presented the organization of these fields and people's responsibilities.

Daniel showed the various beam dynamics tasks and people involved, as well as for EuroTeV and alignment.

Walter presented the activities and people related to RF structure activities and 30 GHz power production
