of new CLIC parameters on bunch compressors and turn around loop"
I report on the implications of the
new CLIC parameters on beam dynamics in the main beam bunch
compressors as well as in the drive beam bunch compressors and
the turn around loop. First a short overview on the status of the
beam lines before the parameter change is given, followed by a
comparison of old versus new parameters. I discuss the expected
influence of the new parameters on CSR emittance growth in the
aforementioned beam lines and will present first results of beam
dynamics simulation using them. An outlook is given on the work
required to adapt the beam line layouts and optics functions to the new
conditions. Some open questions regarding the new parameter set are
identified.

"Summary
of POSIPOL 07 workshop"
The POSIPOL 07 workshop, concerning the production of polarized
positron for the ILC and CLIC, was held in Orsay in May 2007. The
ILC reference scheme is based on the undulator. However alternative
options are strongly under studies (Compton ring,
Linac, ERL). CLIC is considering these different options. A
brief overview of the workshop, with the related recommendations, will
be presented.
