Abstract
The status of the Test Beam Line and its critical components will be reviewed. Recent changes in the design of the PETS due to the change in frequency and current of the CTF3 beam will be presented. Freezing the PETS design allowed to start the detailed beam dynamics calculations and the design of the hardware could be started as well. The status of the PETS-tank, the BPM and other hardware will be discussed. Finally a new overall schedule and staging of the TBL will be presented adapted to the budget constraints.
